"DATE: 03-30-07 Appearance: Salmon.
Nose: Cherry and strawberry, bits of honey and pear/peach as well.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Cheery cherry and peachy fruit on the attack, lovely mouthfeel midpalate, good clean finish.
Conclusions: Easy-drinking dry rose has enough substance for summery meals, or would work well with lightly spiced foods as well. Serve chilled on a hot summer afternoon with a cheese and fruit tray for a real treat. Great value at this price!" lfw
