"DATE: 04-18-08 Appearance: Deep purple.
Nose: Light spicy oak, blueberry/cranberry, dark cherry.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Big baco is softer than expected from the nose. Acidity is less than expected, fruit is more. Some richness on the finish, which is good and clean.
Conclusions: Softish, modern baco is drinkable now, but would well repay two years wait and could become quite complex at five. Good general food-ability, try it at the family bbq." lfw
