Nose: Clean sweet riesling nose showing peach, pear, apple, light floral and mineral character too.
Palate: Medium with moderate to good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, perhaps sweeter and more powerful than expected. Great round soft midpalate with a light astringency (quite pleasant). The finish is good clean and long.
Conclusions: This would be great with hot/spicy foods (but not too hot or spicy). The sweetness and acid would work with the spice and heat to produce a savoury 1 + 1 =3. Good to go now, not overly chilled, great by itself but in ten years it will be a rich, oily, big stand-alone sipper." lfw
