"DATE: 04-27-09 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Spicy, floral, fruity (tropical) and lightly herbal, quite an active nose.
Palate: Dry with very good acidity, light to midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose. Fresh citrus / grapefruit on the attack, with some austere notes on the midpalate (making it very foodworthy). Finish is clean, long and spicy with a clean mineral note on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Excellent blend of unusual hybrids (I think!) which is working very nicely indeed near Georgian Bay. Should go three or four years, putting on weight as it ages. Very foodworthy, especially with lightly hot or spicy foods." lfw
