Palate: Sweet with good acidity, midweight. Richer on the palate than the nose, ripe strawberry, tropical fruit, rhubarb, sweet cherry, raspberry, honey, spices, good complexity and should develop more. Very long clean finish.
Conclusions: Elegant rather than forceful, nicely done Cab Franc icewine preserves sufficient red wine character to make it complex. This should live ten years, nice change of pace from white icewines for sweet wine lovers." lfw
