"DATE: 1-13-05 Appearance: Cranberry orange.
Nose: Berries and spice on the nose, sweet and inviting.
Palate: Medium sweet with soft acidity, midweight. Rich berry flavours, soft spiciness, nice mouthfeel, long clean finish.
Conclusions: An unusual take on near-icewine, not as sweet as you might expect." lfw

Man that's one big bottle!!FOOD MATCHES: Chef Franklin said "Pretty nose - hyssop, green bell pepper and spice. Sweetness of the wine almost unexpected, not cloying at all. Would be tremendous with perfectly seared foie gras, sprinkled with sea salt and fresh pepper, along side of grilled bell peppers and stone fruits, great for adventurous pates."

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Burst of berry fruit up front, followed by layers of honey and overripe Delicious apple, lengthy, honeyed finish. Matches well with Stilton cheese, cherry soufflé, chocolate cheesecake, or sipped on its own."
