"DATE: 04-29-07 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Clean nose with apple/pear and citrus notes, with some buttery hints as well.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Clean palate follows the nose, with some richness midpalate, and a pleasant mineral quality showing up on the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Chardonnay without oak - nicely made general-usage food wine to work with many situations. This could age for up to five years, but is really working well right now. Almost as versatile as a dry riesling at the table, perhaps more welcome as a stand-alone sipper." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Fresh, unoaked, fruit forward style with vibrant citrus notes, good structure and generous length. Match with Muenster or Friulano cheeses, citrus enhanced shrimp or seafood appetizers, poached sole, chicken pot pie, pork tenderloin with unsweetened apple sauce."
