"DATE: 04-29-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Raspberry, peppers, light spicy oak, not yet fully developed nose.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Palate is much more developed than the nose, with richer fruit, bigger oak influence, modern styling and still-youthful tannins. Very long dry clean finish.
Conclusions: Excellent value modern Cab Merlot from the Southwest of the province, this should age well for five to eight years. Right now at its best with flavourful foods, but in three years it will start to integrate. Worth tucking some away, and well worth using as well." lfw
