"DATE: 08-22-07 Appearance: Straw with green tints.
Nose: Moderate gewurz notes of lychee and rose petals, clean and inviting.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with some dusty tannins and some richness midpalate, and long clean finish.
Conclusions: Middle of the road gewurz for spicy / hot foods, not for long keeping (up to three years). Will get more complex and heavier with age, darkening somewhat." lfw
