"DATE: 07-16-08 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Sweet dill, fresh mown grass, gooseberry, spicy/herbaceous.
Palate: Just off dry with good acidity, midweight. Clean palate follows the nose, soft and irch on the midpalate with a good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Good general purpose wine, but drink it by the end of 2009 as Sauvignon Blanc normally does not age well." lfw
