"DATE: 05-11-09 tasted during 2009 All Canadian Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Gold.
Nose: Ripe baked apple and cinnamon.
Palate: Sweet with very good acidity, a heavyweight. Plate follows the nose, with huge baked apple pie on the midpalate lasting through a long rich fat clean sweet finish.
Conclusions: Great dessert wine which could go 20 years or more, nobody knows! Wonderful" lfw
