"DATE: 04-15-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Red peppers, sweet and spicy oak, black cherries, raspberries and bits of chocolate.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Clean berry-fruited palate follows the nose well, and is showing mellow mouthfeel, a rich midpalate and a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Very nicely maturing Cabernet Franc still has five years in front of it, and is developing complexity. Turning into an elegant dinner companion, an interesting wine. Great value in maturing wine." lfw
