"DATE: 04-14-07 Appearance: Light white gold with green tints.
Nose: Lemon/lime, grapefruit/citrus and some peachy honeyed notes.
Palate: Off-dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Peach/pear/apricot notes on the attack, this is a fruit-and-acid-driven wine. Clean peachy/citrus notes midpalate, long clean finish. Beginnings of petrol on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Nice young-ish riesling is currently easy-drinking and useful with stir-fries and other mildly hot and spicy foods. This wine has the potential to age for many years and develop into a complex stand-alone wine. It will almost certainly develop petrol character within five years, and could go at least another five from that point." lfw
