"DATE: 07-15-07 Appearance: Straw gold.
Nose: Honey, peaches, apricot, spices and a citrus quality.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, midweight plus. Big fruit nicely follows the nose, with spiciness, a brown sugar character and roundness midpalate. Full bore flavours last through a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Good concentration and balance between acid, extract and alcohol will allow this to age another decade. Very good example of middle-of-the-road icewine (neither light nor heavy). Superb by itself, or with a fruit and cheese tray (try it with blue cheese)." lfw
