"DATE: 07-13-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Clean spicy oak notes with cassis, raspberry, cherry and plum. Light chocolate aromas as well.
Palate: Dry with moderate to good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with gritty tannins showing midpalate with rich mouthfeel. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Good value cab merlot with an eight to ten year future, tasting good now. Best currently with rare to medium red meats or bbq foods, but will become much more complex in time." lfw
