"DATE: 07-09-07 Appearance: Cherry red of course.
Nose: Sweet cherries plus some light herbal/spicy notes.
Palate: Off-dry with moderate acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose, with some light tannins added to the mix midpalate. Good clean finish is drier than you'd expect.
Conclusions: Either social or food uses for this one, which would sit well at meals with sweet vegetables (such as Xmas dinner). Not for long keeping." lfw
