"DATE: 07-08-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Cassis and light spiciness.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Clean fruit on the attack, nicely balanced alcohol/extract. Good mouthfeel, long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: This is a food wine which happens to be made from black currants. This would really work well with the big bird at holiday time. Should age well for three years." lfw
