"DATE: 07-08-07 Appearance: Pale lemon with hints of green.
Nose: Sweet and spicy melon notes with some mineral quality in the background.
Palate: Medium with soft acidity, midweight. Palate initially follows the nose well, with a spicy complexity developing midpalate with a bigger mouthfeel than you'd expect. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Interesting and complex fruit wine which would do well with hot and spicy foods. Not sure of ageability, but this is a unique and good product." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Serve lightly chilled with sea food, white meat dishes with a cream sauce, spicy dishes such as Thai and Indian cuisine. Based on customer observances those who don't enjoy fresh cantaloupe found this wine appealing."
