"DATE: 04-11-06 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Apples and spice, almost a musky character as well.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Big appley fruit, intense mid-palate flavours, long clean finish.
Conclusions: Drier than most people expect from a fruit wine, and drier than the nose suggests. Try this with stir-fries, white meats and cheese trays." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Can be enjoyed with mushroom cream pastas, poultry, fish or mussels. Excellent with pork or ham, and cheeses such as Swiss, Brie, aged Gouda, Havarti. Can also be served with pizza or chicken wings."
