"DATE: 04-11-06 Appearance: Light cranberry.
Nose: Clean light nose showing cranberry and appley tree fruit.
Palate: Just off-dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Nice mouthfeel, clean cranberry and citrus flavours on the palate, long clean finish shows a hint of true cranberry bitterness.
Conclusions: Despite the 4% sugar this is a dry wine, due to the normal acidity and bitterness in the fruit. This wine would work very well with a traditional thanksgiving / xmas / or easter dinner." lfw
