"DATE: 07-08-07 Appearance: Ruby/orange (dark for strawberry).
Nose: Big strawberry aromatics with some spiciness in the background.
Palate: Sweet with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Rich fruit nicely follows the nose, with a silky midpalate and a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Great extract of fresh strawberries in a glass. Should last five years (acid may not be high enough to go much longer). Wonderful dessert by itself." lfw
