"DATE: 04-11-06 Appearance: Red raspberry.
Nose: Intense and ripe raspberry aromatics, spices and richness in the background. Very inviting.
Palate: Off-dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Flavours follow the nose, very nicely balanced midpalate, very long dry finish.
Conclusions: Not really a dessert wine, but a very interesting alternative to late harvest grape wines. This is at its best served chilled by itself, but could work with some sweeter foods, or not-sweet desserts." lfw
