"DATE: 07-08-07 Appearance: Pale almost clear.
Nose: Watermelon with light spices.
Palate: Off-dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Nice fruit on the attack, with a candied flavour appearing midpalate (yes, watermelon candy) and lasting through the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Exactly what it says it is, not sure how it will age, may be best served cold on a summer day in a social situation. But it would also work with white meats or spicy foods." lfw
