"DATE: 09-09-08 Appearance: Orange gold.
Nose: Apple pie, spices and all.
Palate: Sweet with great acidity, midweight. Not as sweet as expected from the nose, quite nicely balanced to fresh acidity that leaves almost a Granny Smith type of flavour. Rich and silky on the midpalate with a very long clean finish.
Conclusions: Excellent dessert wine isn't overtly sweet thus will not work with sweet desserts, but will be dynamite with cheese trays, fruit platters and lightly sweet treats." lfw
