"DATE: 06-28-08 Appearance: Light straw with a persistent stream of small bubbles.
Nose: Clean fresh apple aromas, reminiscent of granny smith.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Add pear notes and a silky/creamy midpalate to the nose, and a persistent find mousse. Great refreshing almost citrusy finish and great overall balance.
Conclusions: Lovely product, Ontario craft ciders are an unknown treasure with this an excellent example. Should hold a year but why wait? Have it now and prepare for a pleasant experience, well done indeed." lfw
