"DATE: 11-28-08 Appearance: Light white gold.
Nose: Peach/honey/apricot and light spices (almost like a light vidal icewine nose).
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose nicely, it is fresh and fruity indeed. A zestiness and silky quality on the midpalate with a long clean dry finish, and a lovely peach aftertaste.
Conclusions: Not for long keeping (2 years), but a very interesting aperitif wine for sure. Or a wine to serve with white meats and fish. This would be very nice mixed half and half with crushed ice on a hot summer day, with perhaps a bit of fruit juice added to give it a different flavour." lfw
