Nose: Lovely clean appley character with light spices, very inviting and fresh.
Palate: Dry with refreshing acidity, light to midweight. Great apple fruit, tart and refreshing, lightly spicy. Long squeaky clean finish.
Conclusions: This wine is about refreshment. It would be wonderful for aperitif purposes, and would really do nicely with pork or chicken. Many people would wonder "what kind of grape is this made from?" Don't tell them, just pour more. This could even age well for a couple of years, developing as it goes. Excellent change of pace, you can treat this as a dry white wine. The hint of residual sugar does not make it taste sweet, it is instead to balance the natural acidity of the apple." lfw
