"DATE: 04-25-09 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Intense grassy, herbal, gooseberry, dill, grapefruit, cat pee and spicy oak. Over-the-top!
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus, palate follows the nose. Midpalate shows big sweet, soft and spicy oak tones. Good clean dry long finish with some sweet fruit on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Modern soft, easy-to-like highly aromatic style of Sauvignon Blanc. Will stand up to big flavours, drink within three years." lfw
