"DATE: 12-28-07 Appearance: Lemon with green tints.
Nose: Apple/pear/melon with citrus and floral notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Big palate exceeds the nose, richness and fat midpalate, buttery notes, nuttiness and light dusty tannins on a long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: This could go four years in a good cellar, fitting nicely with many semi-rich foods and social situations. Nice medium-rich style of unoaked chardonnay." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"On the nose, apple and lime predominate with a slightly jasmine undertone. In this unoaked delight, the mouth feel offers these combined with white peach and honey and toasted almond, as well. The finish is green apple with an unexpected and soft papaya finish."
