"DATE: 12-24-07 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Good intensity gewurz nose has typical lychee, grapefruit, lavender and spice.
Palate: Off dry with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Big flavours follow the nose, with richness and some fat midpalate, and a bit of warmth on the good clean finish.
Conclusions: Almost a warm climate gewurz in mouthfeel, this is probably best before 2010. Would work very nicely with a stir-fry, or with spicy veggie dishes, as well as the big bird at Xmas." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"The impact is initially quite tropical: banana popsicle predominates lychee with a floral nose, hinting of rose and lavender. Tropical fruits combine with peach and apricot, balanced with spice for an enjoyably long and satisfying finish."
