Nose: Reserved and mature icewine nose, showing peaches, honey and spice, orange blossom, with some maderization that normally takes longer to develop.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, heavyweight. Big flavours of buckwheat honey and peaches, good spice, very long clean finish. Big rich mouthfeel throughout, complex earthy notes on the finish, very attractive.
Conclusions: Big style vidal icewine gives plenty of bang for the buck, and has another 5 years in front of it. Developing very nicely, turning into a complex dessert treat." lfw
