"DATE: 05-15-05 Appearance: White gold.
Nose: Subdued chocolate aromatics, this is chocolate-influenced rather than essence of chocolate bar. Hints of Fry's Cocoa on the nose before the more normal icewine aromatics emerge (honey, spice, apricot).
Palate: Sweet with great acidity, heavyweight. Flavours of white chocolate are evident at the beginning, clean acidity leads the transition to peaches and honey, and the chocolate shows up again on the finish.
Conclusions: What a treat for a chocolate lover! Having the opportunity to do the Crown Bench flavoured icewines at one sitting is a real treat. Pity the poor taster!!! (NOT)." lfw
