"DATE: 05-15-05 Appearance: Gold with green tints.
Nose: Hot and spicy pepper.
Palate: Sweet with refreshing acidity, heavyweight. Hot peppers dominate the palate, with hints of the vidal icewine acting as a supporting cast. Very long clean hot finish (not superhot, but definitely hot and spicy).
Conclusions: Very interesting and unique product, this would have uses beyond consumption. Use this to flavour a tossed salad (just a little bit will do) for a clever mid-day surprise. Not for everyone, or the meek at heart." lfw
