Nose: Sweet raspberry with honey and peaches, hints of blackberry as well.
Palate: Sweet with refreshing acidity, heavyweight. Intensely clean raspberry dominates the attack, tasting like one of the more flavourful late season varieties (Autumn bliss?) Honey and spice shows later, as the raspberry flavours very slowly become less dominant. Cherry like flavours show up on the long clean creamy finish.
Conclusions: Almost as good as the cranberry icewine, this is a raspberry dessert by itself. No need to dilute it with a rich chocolate cake (which it might stand up to, by the way)!" lfw
