"DATE: 10-30-08 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Sweet red fruit, vanilla, maple, lightly spicy.
Palate: Sweet with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Palate nicely follows the nose with a silky soft mouthfeel on the midpalate. Finish is sweet, long and clean.
Conclusions: Very nice dessert wine for general usage that should last five to seven years (more if it were more acidic). Very nice with creamy cheeses. Unique and interesting." lfw
