Nose: Intense honeyed spicy peach/apricot/orange blossom. Deep and interesting full bore nose.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, heavyweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with richness throughout, and a long sweet finish showing a herbal tone.
Conclusions: Big style of icewine which can go fifteen years due to great acidity and intense concentration of flavours. Dessert by itself, enjoy." lfw
