"DATE: 11-28-08 Appearance: Gold.
Nose: Peaches and cream, honey and spice, everything needed to make ol' Sal nice.
Palate: Sweet with moderate to good acidity, heavyweight. Palate is far bigger than the nose suggests. Huge flavours follow the nose, with soft rich mouthfeel on the midpalate and a big long clean sweet finish.
Conclusions: Big old-time Vidal Icewine for now or ten years from now. This one will develop rich, fat, raisiny character by about 2011, getting richer and richer." lfw
