"DATE: 12-22-07 Appearance: Fluorescent cranberry.
Nose: Strawberry, melon, cherry, plum, rich fruity nose.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Big palate nicely follows the nose, rich midpalate, good clean finish.
Conclusions: Chambourcin rose would badly embarrass the white Zins on the LCBO list, making them taste quite watery. Try this with a stir fry or sweet veggies sometime, or, of course, chilled on a hot summer day." lfw
