"DATE: 08-16-06 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Blackcurrant of course, but spice, vanilla and a sweet character.
Palate: Dryish with moderate to soft acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, flavours are all correct, just people expect these wines to be sweeter. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Very good wine made from non-grape materials that should stand well at the table with many foods. Try this with the big bird if you doubt me." lfw
