Nose: Lightish nose of maple syrup, spices and flowers.
Palate: Off dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Palate shows more than the nose, bigger somehow than you'd expect. Rich soft midpalate, long clean finish.
Conclusions: Great social style maple wine, makes you want pancakes! Not for long keeping, drink by 2010." lfw
