"DATE: 08-13-08 Appearance: Pale ruby with orange highlights.
Nose: Nose is strongly raspberry to start, switching to apple and spices after a minute.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, with raspberry to start and apple to finish. Softer and silkier than you'd think for a dryish fruit wine, with a very nice clean long finish.
Conclusions: Very nice easy to like dry fruit wine is one of many that are starting to appear. Use this in place of food rose, or off-dry riesling. Should go three years but is at its best now, in its youth." lfw
