Man that's one big bottle!!FOOD MATCHES: Chef Franklin said "full of berry, ideal with lighter game meats, especially birds. Crispy confit of duck crowning good spaetzle, sausages of game and pork starring on a charcuterie platter."

FROM THE PRODUCERS:" VQA wine. Red Cab™ is created from varieties that grow well in our cool climate—Cabernet Franc and Gamay. It is Gamay that gives the wine its appealing colour and Cabernet Franc that releases aromas of raspberry and bell pepper. The result is a medium-bodied red that is firm and rich on the palate with flavours of black cherry and blackberry with some hints of spice and tobacco."
