"DATE: 12-30-07 Appearance: Lemon with green tints.
Nose: Peach/apricot/orange blossom with herbal and floral tones.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Big fruit salad on the palate, with richness midpalate, and a good clean finish.
Conclusions: Lovely off dry easy drinking vidal which would be most comfortable in social situations, though it would be good with standard white wine meals, esp those with some sweetness on the plate (think turnip or carrots and peas). Not for long ageing (drink by 2010). This is a grape and a style of wine that Niagara seems to have abandoned. A southwestern superstar for the person who wants to be able to afford to drink wine on a regular basis." lfw
