"DATE: 04-15-07 Appearance: Deep ruby.
Nose: Sweet oak, cherry, plum, raspberry and a bit of spice.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Softish blend is quite easy on the palate, following the nose. Berry flavoured wine adds some ripe tannins midpalate, some richness on the good clean finish.
Conclusions: Very good value general-purpose red is probably good for two or three years but not the long haul. This would indeed be good with a wide range of foods. Not a challenging wine, rather an easier creature." lfw
