"DATE: 07-16-08 Appearance: Lemon.
Nose: More fruity than herbaceous, but both are there. Clean light peachy/tropical/grapefruit nose with some mown hay.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose adding light tannins and silky tones midpalate, with a clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Good as an aperitif (nice acid balance), better with moderately flavoured white meats/fish/fowl, will go 2-3 years, putting on weight and gaining complexity as it develops." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"This fragrant off-dry wine has zippy acidity, refreshing lemon-lime, peach and minerally notes. It is an all-round appetizing wine and is delicious company for chicken, seafood and pasta dishes with a little cream sauce as well as medium cheeses. Best served slightly chilled."
