"DATE: 05-11-09 tasted during 2009 All Canadian Wine Awards Judging Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Goodly lemon / lime, peach/apricot, precursors of petrol, floral spicy and mineral notes.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose. Almost a touch of candy on the soft midpalate, with a good clean long finish.
Conclusions: Modern style of easy-to-love riesling which should go at least five years. Very social in style, will work with most of the usual white-wine food suspects." lfw
FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Shows ripe apple and peach, with a slate quality form the limestone soils. Mid-weight and off-dry with a great acid core and light body (10.5% alcohol). Quintessential Riesling with tang and precision."
