"DATE: 04-15-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Raspberry, plum, cherry, spicy oak, chocolate, some pencil lead and leather - complex but not fully developed.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, with ripe tannins leading to a long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Modern-style cab blend has at least 6 years in front of it, developing complexity and meshing as it goes. The predecessor - 2002 - did well against expensive Bordeaux in blind tastings." lfw
