"DATE: 04-15-07 Appearance: Ruby with the very beginnings of brick forming at the rim.
Nose: Sweet oak, black cherry, raspberry, plum, peppers/spices, leather.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Great fruity attack slowly adds chocolate, ripe tannins, tobacco and good mouthfeel to the nose. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: A modern-styled Cab Franc that is drinking well already, and will age at least another four years. Try this with flavourful foods, it will suit a wide range of possibilities." lfw
