"DATE: 07-11-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Nicely integrated spicy oak, baked apple, butter and vanilla.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, adding light tannins and soft silky mouthfeel midpalate, with light tropical fruit notes. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Clean and friendly mid-range chard, neither heavily oaked nor unoaked, highly drinkable and quite capable of five years ageing. This would be a chameleon both at the table and in social situations." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS: "Rich and creamy notes of vanilla, mango and toasted almonds. Nicely balanced with a delicious toasted nut and buttery finish."
