"DATE: 04-15-07 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Clean youthful gewurz aromas of peach/apricot, lychee, flowers and spice. Richness is developing already, although this is a very young wine.
Palate: Off-dry with soft acidity, midweight. Fruity attack develops complexity by midpalate, with a long clean soft finish.
Conclusions: Very young gewurz is quite precocious, developing quickly. I suspect that this will be fully mature at two, and last another two years. Not for the long haul." lfw
